AutoRad is an Optimas/Optimate routine which produces measurments from multiple irregular regions of interest and would be useful in measuring gold particles in mitochondria images from TSMEs. This routine would also be useful for mircoscopic flourescent measurments.
This macro performs the following functions:
- Measures user defined cells
- Locates, counts, and measures grains
- Calculates "% of cell area" occupied by grains
- Calculated "Total grain cluster area"
All data can be saved in a tab-delimited ASCII data file suitable for use with EXCEL and many other software packages.
