DEA

This program is useful to anyone doing calcium ratioing experiments.

The DEA routine gives the Optimas/Optimate user the ability the same region of a microscopic sample under two different flourescent illuminations. This routine allows the user to define a number of regions of interest. The flourescent intensity of the responce of these regions is recorded as the emission filters are changed on the microscope by a computer controlled filter wheel and shutter.

The data collected during this analysis is recorded in a tab-delimited ASCII data file for presentation and further analysis.
