Analysis and Databasing of 2D Gels

GELLAB II+ is a Windows 98/NT program (not supported in Win 2000 or XP) which automates and simplifies the analysis of 2D gels. It combines an easy-to-use analytical package for 2D electrophoretic images with a dedicated relational database designed for easy access to your data. GELLAB II+ is based upon the programs of Dr. Peter F. Lemkin, NCI. GELLAB II+ is specifically structured to handle 2D protein gel experiments requiring the comprehensive analysis and comparison of large numbers of gel images. GELLAB II+ accepts 8- and 16-bit grayscale, uncompressed TIFF images from all sources. GELLAB II+ stores its data in its integrated database, and can export the data to spreadsheets, word processors, and graphics programs.
