For High Resolution 3D & 2D Fluorescence Microscopy

BD Biosciences Bioimaging provides the MicroTome for Macintosh package for correcting optical blurring and remove out-of-focus haze from 3D images. MicroTome includes the constrained-iterative program, MicroTome CI, and the nearest-neighbor software, HazeBuster, and can deconvolve both fluorescence and bright-field images. Both of these image deconvolution products were created by VayTek, Inc. MicroTome for Macintosh is a pair of IPLab extensions with interfaces made by BD Biosciences Bioimaging.
