Overview The Leica FluoCombi III is an extremely useful option for the Leica MZ16 F and MZ16 FA fluorescence stereomicroscopes. Expressed Drosophila, C. elegans, zebrafish or Arabidopsis can be sorted in the generous three-dimensional field of view and screened with the same instrument at 460x magnification and 1500 Lp/mm resolution, eg. in gene technology, in-vivo investigation or similar. In many cases, sensitive samples or specimen no longer need to be transferred to a light microscope. Highest resolution up to the edges of the field of vision: planapochromatic 5×high resolution micro objective. |
