Leica DM6000
B Research Microscope |
| Overview The fully-automated Leica DM6000 B research microscope is unique in terms of features and its degree of automation: an automatic transmitted-light axis with all contrast methods including fully automatic DIC; a motorized fluorescence axis with a 5- or 8-position filter disk; an optional ultrafast internal filter wheel, absolute-encoded and motorized 7x M25 objective turret; motorized Z drive with focal plane memory and motorized stage with x/y repositioning; convenient LeicaScreen, programmable function keys and Smart Move remote control; transmitted-light axis and fluorescence axis each with automatic illumination manager and contrast manager; transmitted-light axis additionally with constant-color intensity control (CCIC); optional FireWire camera and extensive software. |
Take advantage of the modular design of our microscopes to assemble a system that is right for you. Like that of the Leica DM5000 B research microscope, the transmitted light axis of the Leica DM6000 B research microscope can be used with all common transmitted-light methods (bright field, dark field, phase contrast, polarization contrast, interference contrastall fully automated). The Leica DM6000 B comes equipped with a fluorescence axis. You can choose between a 5x and a 8x filter disk. The Z drive of the Leica DM6000 B research microscope is motorized, providing you with the conveniences of parfocality, saved focus levels, and options for automated positioning of various Z levels. The Leica DM6000 B research microscope is also equipped with a motorized stage which functions as an integral part of the complete system and reacts to adjustments in magnification. Additionally, the Leica DM6000 B research microscope features a motorized objective turret which offers space for 7 objectives. | ![]() |
