Overview

The intelligent operation of the Leica DMI6000 B inverted microscope will let you experience the pleasure of your research work.

With the Contrast-, Illumination- and Stability Manager it guarantees razor-sharp, brilliant images at the touch of one button. The unique fast internal filter wheel (IFW), the fully automated condenser, the most flexible port concept, the fastest 6-position fluorescence turret provides you with the brightest images und stable conditions for time lapse imaging.

Let there be light

When changing objectives or contrast techniques on the Leica DMI6000 B inverted microscope, the Illumination Manager starts by automatically setting the brightness, aperture, and field diaphragms. Each time you tweak and optimize their settings, the microscope will adopt them immediately, which allows you to work quickly without constant readjustment.

Bright white

A better way to color balance: Leica’s integrated CCIC (Constant Color Intensity Control) maintains a constant color temperature of 3200K, which compensates for changes in color temperature with lamp voltage that would normally require insertion of daylight filters or white balancing.

A clear overview

The graphical display has been structured so that the user can see an overview with a quick glance. It cannot be obscured, even when using large climate chambers. The current status of the Leica DMI6000 B inverted microscope is visibly displayed at all times.
