The LEICA DM RD is the culmination of many years of advanced photomicrography developments. This unique camera system incorporates all the desired characteristics of photomicrography.

• Adjustable viewing angle (0-36°)

• LCD display of exposure time, frame no., reciprocity, failure compensation factor, correction factor, exposure program, film speed, zoom setting and beamsplitter setting
• 2 camera exits for two 35mm magazines or one 35mm magazine and one large format attachment
• Automatic exposure at both cameras
• 6-step reciprocity failure compensation
• Interval exposure
• Series exposures in steps 0.5x, 0.7x 1x, 1.4x 2x
• Manual exposure
• Setting fixed times
• Storage of exposure times
• RS-232-C interface for connection of a PC
• Determination of specimen contrast range
