Three 1/2" Hyper-Had CCDs achieve 750 lines of horizontal resolution by using spatial offset technology. This allows imaging of fine details on low magnification Brightfield specimens.
C-Mount microscope camera head easily mounts on any microscope with a C-mount video port. The compact 4.0 oz. camera head greatly reduces installation space requirements.
Micro prism covers a spectral range of 400 - 690 nM. Primary RGB filters ensure accurate colorimetry.
Real-time digital image enhancement expands the fine details of soft focus or low contrast images by utilizing a 2-D convolution filter, digital contrast, and brightness circuits.
On-chip integration enables exposure for up to 4 seconds for low emission fluorescence sample imaging. Long exposure increases camera sensitivity to 0.02 lux.
Color and B/M video outputs allow simultaneous delivery of a monochrome 750 TV line resolution image as well as providing true color images using RGB or Y/C outputs. The DEI-750D is compatible with any monochrome image processing system.

Remote video controller contains built-in memory that allows high speed image digitization to deliver video rate and freeze frame images. All camera functions are controlled through the full size computer-style keyboard. The keyboard also functions as a video character generator allowing on-screen creation of titles.

DEI-750TD with 2 Stage Thermoelectrical (Peltier) Cooling!

The DEI-750TD remote camera head produces extremely low dark current to provide true 8-bit dynamic range by utilizing a Thermoelectrically (Peitier) Cooled CCD. 2 stage thermoelectrically (Peltier) cooled to 37°C below ambient temperature. This cooling allows capture of noise-free images which are too dim for human vision.

On-Chip Integration permits exposure from 1/10,000 to 4 seconds for the DEI-750D and upto 2 minutes for the DEI-750TD. This exposure system operates manually or automatically to accurately display samples ranging in illumination from dim fluorescence to normal brightfield viewings.

The camera head contains 0.5 reduction lens to emulate 1.0" CCD field of view. An optional remote head can be ordered without the lens (required on some microscope C-mount adapters).
