Prior Scientific H107 ProScan™ II Inverted Microscope Stage

The H107 ProScan™ II stage adapts to virtually any inverted microscope or optical system. It allows you to perform scanning using a very broad range of sample holders, including microtitre plates, slide holders, petri dishes, well plates, flasks, haemocytometers and metallurgical sample holders. This stage offers a unique combination of precision and flexibility. The H107 ProScan™ II stage incorporates the patented - Intelligent Scanning Technology. In conjunction with extensive testing, Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST) allows each stage to be pre-programmed with a unique set of operating characteristics particular to that stage to ensure optimum performance. IST (also available on H101A, H117 and H138A models) allows the ProScan™ II controller to make any required adjustments to maintain superior orthogonally and metric accuracy.

Prior Scientific H117 ProScan™ II Flat Top Inverted Microscope Stage

The H117 ProScan™ II stage is ideal for all high precision biomedical and material science scanning operations, specific attention was given to designing the H117 to assist the researcher who is doing prolonged live cell studies. By mounting all of the drive components below the top plate, the H117 provides easy access for micromanipulators, environmental chambers and robotic loaders. The H117 ProScan™ II stage series has a completely flat top for easy access, and includes the patented Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST). The H101A ProScan™II stage is adaptable to virtually any microscope or optical system. The H101A stage enables the user to increase labor efficiency by automatically scanning your specimens and storing points for later recollection and inspection with unmatched repeatability. The H101A is ideal for scanning or inspection of slides, microtitre trays, semiconductor wafers, or metallurgical specimens in any sort of pattern, including raster, snake and random patterns. The H101A ProScan™II stage also incorporates the patented - Intelligent Scanning Technology. In conjunction with extensive testing, Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST) allows each stage to be pre-programmed with a unique set of operating characteristics particular to that stage to ensure optimum performance. IST (also available on H107 and H117 models) allows the ProScan™II controller to make any required adjustments to maintain superior orthogonally and metric accuracy.

Prior Scientific H105 ProScan™ II Microscope Stage

The H105 is especially well-suited for applications that typically involve large specimens. For example, for performing scanning of a wide range of semiconductor wafers, photo masks, and printed circuit boards. The H105 can easily accommodate 6" wafers.

Prior Scientific H112 ProScan™ II Microscope Stage

The H112 stage is ideal for scanning a wide range of semiconductor wafers, photo masks, flat panel displays and printed circuit boards. The H112 can easily accommodate 12 inch (300 mm) wafers and works with many robot arm wafer loaders. In addition, the H112 can be used for transmitted light applications with
250 mm x 250 mm transmitted light area.

Prior Scientific H116 ProScan™ II Microscope Stage

The H116 stage is suitable for most larger microscopes and can easily accommodate 8 inch (200mm) wafers and a variety of large specimens, making it perfect for performing scanning of a wide range of semiconductor wafers, photo masks, flat panel displays, and printed circuit boards.

The H138A stage for upright microscopes includes Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST) (also on the H101, H107 and H117 models). HT1010 ProScan™II Solid Frame Stage is designed for upright microscopes and hardness testers. The HT1010 has a travel range of 100 x 100 mm, a 2mm screw pitch and a weight capacity of up to 100kg.

The HT1111 ProScan™II Solid Frame Stage is designed for upright microscopes and hardness testers. The HT1111 has a travel range of 110mm x 110 mm), a 2mm screw pitch and a weight capacity of up to 100kg.
