PA53 Bio Scan Microscopes
PA53 Bio Scan mainly meant for transmitted light scan. Various contrasting method can be used for scan and stitch, from Phase contrast to polarizing contrast…… Scanning of transparent sample is not a problem now.

• High precision stage allow physical relocation of Region of Interest and rescan with high resolution high N.A. objective.
• No limitation on the use of objective, super high resolution scan with oil immersion objective becoming possible
• No limitation on the use of contrasting methods, phase contrast, Polarizing contrast, etc… can be used. To scan sample without staining becoming possible.
Features
• PA53 Scan series using a specially designed tube with built-in 1.2 Mpixel camera for focusing and a 5 Mpxiel high resolution sCMOS camera for imaging.
• Lumos LED is recommended for the scan which allow stable and homogenous illumination with very low consumable cost. HBO mercury burner can also be used if preferred.
• 100mm x 100mm high precision motorized stage with smallest step size of 10nm (repeatability better than 200nm) is used, relocation even with 100x objective is not a problem.
• Motorized 5x position nosepiece to allow smooth switching of objectives.

MECHANICS
The coaxial coarse/fine adjustments in 1 micron minimum increment allows smooth movement in Z. The super precise rackless X/Y stage with its dual slide holder enables a fast throughput of samples. Butter smooth aperture diaphragms assure accurate Köhler illumination with every objective.
CONTRAST METHODS
The PA53 BIO FS6 microscopes offer maximum flexibility especially in case of Florescence. The high-power 3 channel LUMOS LED with its individual control of each excitation channel, in combination with the coded 6-fold filter cube turret, makes FISH/HER2 analysis of chromosomes easy.
Select from Brightfield, Phase Contrast, Fluorescence and Polarized light illumination. Plan Achromat Plan Fluor, S Plan Apo and Plan Apochromat lenses including 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x and 100x.
